Tables Styles needed #1509

Any tables using exp-skin-table as a class needs the corecss="tables" attribute added in {CSS} plugin. The table styles have been removed from admin-global.css to avoid CSS conflict.

Fixed inability to save an edited record because there was no antispam control.
Updates form view_data table to expPaginator display
