Looks like normalize.css is coming to YUI3 https://github.com/yui/yui3/pull/447
Though not really a priority, we'll implement this feature in expTheme::head while we implement jquery & bootstrap ticket #947
Though we'll add a 'normalize' parameter to expTheme::head(), it will simply be the same as passing the normalize.css path in the css_primer parameter
(from [0a1f3036b50512649ef931c9baaf81c95898af29]) Add normalize.css to bootstraptheme the old fashioned way using css_primter param [#857] https://github.com/exponentcms/exponent-cms/commit/0a1f3036b50512649ef931c9baaf81c95898af29
(from [577521695a3ec2462acc719a2f251fee0820ad97]) Add normalize. parameter to expTheme::head() and use in bootstraptheme [#857 state:resolved] https://github.com/exponentcms/exponent-cms/commit/577521695a3ec2462acc719a2f251fee0820ad97

Several YUI projects now require 'normalize.css' and it wouldn't hurt to add it? http://necolas.github.com/normalize.css/
