Printing Packing Slips #1536

Since the update to version 2.6, the ability to print packing slips for e-commerce orders is missing.

I'll have a fix pushed up to github momentarily...looks like a PHP/Smarty version change where $smarty->GetTemplateVars now returns an empty array instead of null so our test logic didn't process correctly.
