Form configure/edit list of fields should include link, etc... #1550

Though we (now) create a link to the record, it's not provided in the list of fields in the 'Columns for Export CSV' nor the Editor Insert Field dropdown list. Additionally, we don't add the ip, sef_url, user_id, nor timestamp to the Insert Field dropdown in the 'Custom E-Mail, Single and Portfolio View Template'
