Feature request - Add a 'mass mailer' for admins #842

Might be nice to have some sort of mass mailer available to admin users allowing them to mass-email all users, groups, or individual users from within exponent. We already have a non-functional mass-mail control...

This might also come in handy for sending things like flyers, etc... to customers in an eCommerce setup

Upon more thought, this would be better implemented as an administration controller action from the slingbar rather than a new control/smarty function
