SPIN runner: add option to adapt noise level instead of speech level #269

Now the spin runner is set to adapt the level of the speech. We should add an option to the interface to adapt the level of the noise instead (optional - default stays speech)

@tomfrancart Ok, I implemented this for the example SPIN-runner in APEX. Should it also be implemented in the Spin-materials study?

The commit was in merge conflict due to other updates, here is a new version: https://exporl.med.kuleuven.be/jenkins/job/apex-gerrit/4047/

new commit is available for the SPIN-runner, https://exporl.med.kuleuven.be/apex-experiments/#/c/203/ The remaining experiments are constant procedure, so they are should all be covered now
