Create automatic deployment scripts, including:

locking down the tablet into kiosk-mode (only APEX-spinrunner allowed)
installing APEX
cloning a spin study with the desired materials (correct branch from repo spin-materials - create database with licenses?)
let APEX start automatically when starting the tablet
let APEX restart in case it would crash
(calibrate)

Include most features of the DTT tablets (disable system sounds, set volume to max, ...)
