cannot install #126

on windows 7 64, python 2.7
I try installing 1.7 or 1.8 via python setup.py install
and get

after upgrading pyvisa from 1.4 to 1.5

I see the same issue on Linux even with the latest PyVISA 1.6.

With the patches on "Issue 34:  dynamic module loading too careless", the 
problem fixed.
