HTTP chunked encoding not handled #16

Currently any sort of encoding that interlaces protocol with an executable such 
as HTTP chunked encoding will cause a corrupted (or no exe) to be extracted.  
This can't be fixed without also making a HTTP parser.

In short, this probably won't be fixed.
