DLL (and other PEs) are captured with an EXE extension #8

The type header is not checked which causes DLL, CPL, SYS, etc files to be 
captured and saved with the .exe extension.

This was partially fixed by adding the subsystem and dll parameters to the log. 
 Right now the files are saved as "exe_md5" rather than with an extension.  Now 
you can check the log to see what sort of file it is.  I'm going to mark this 
bug as closed until something changes that warrants re-opening it.
