setup.py doesn't work on x86_64 #22

1. python setup.py config
2. failed to create config.h

CentOS 5.3, python 2.4.3, pypcap-1.1

modify setup.py at line 49:

-                    for sd in ('lib', ''):
+                    for sd in ('lib64','lib', ''):
