do not set Content-Length of request if it is 0 #8

some web server give 400 when Content-Length of request is 0.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ./ratproxy -v . -w ./out.log -d lighttpd.net -lfscm
2. visit www.lighttpd.net

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect 200 but get 400 instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ratproxy 1.51. Mac OS X 10.5
