According to the 4.2 Update we shouldn't need to change anything on our end as the it's mostly adding and removing tags which we don't handle directly: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/4.2/manual/api/changes_4.0_-_4.2

Once this is approved we will need to push a tag before releasing it to rubygems.

This should also handle PR 96
