Open UlisesGascon opened 3 weeks ago
Thanks for managing this @UlisesGascon
Ok... so far seems like the best option is on Mondays from 18:30 to 19:30 (GMT +2).
@bensternthal please can you add a recursive meeting (once a month) after the Security Collab Space Weekly Meeting from Monday, Oct 21st?
We can decide the frequency in the first meeting based on the agenda and future initiatives
@UlisesGascon:
- Should the meeting be public or restricted to invitees?
Public by default
- Do you want the meeting to be auto recorded
Probably not auto-recorded but definitely to have the option to record
- Who should be on the invite
As it is public we might not need it?
@UlisesGascon ok created and added you to the meeting with access to the host key. We should add other folks who will be regularly attending, so send me those emails when you have them.
Let me know if you need any changes to the meeting.
Thanks @bensternthal! We will decide more potential host in the first meeting :)
@expressjs/security-wg you can find the information for the event in https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0/embed?src=linuxfoundation.org_fuop4ufv766f9avc517ujs4i0g@group.calendar.google.com
We have being working hard in security patching and other things during the last months. After some discussion around the need for a meeting, I also believe that we can have one regular meeting with a very low frequency (maybe once a month?), so I created this Doodle to conduct a quick poll to determine a better meeting time, if possible.

The Doodle is focused on next week (we plan to do our first meeting there, but we will use the same slot for the following meetings); I will compare the most popular times against the Node.js and Foundation calendars to avoid double-booking, so don't worry if you choose an option that overlaps with a biweekly calendar or similar.
