doesn´t see the admin #9

hi. I´m new on this platform. i install the estatezilla but the only thing that appears is this*. what can i do to enter the admin and configure my real-estate platform?

Not sure though possibly check your file permissions are correct. ie. the file is not set as READ ONLY
