[BUG] - Using AIO or ZAM Arsenal to Go Around Restriction #4

Describe the bug Players can use the AIO or ZAM arsenal's save and load loadout features to go around item restrictions.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Give yourself a role like Light Anti-Tank.
  2. Save your loadout using the AIO Arsenal.
  3. Respawn and change your loadout to Rifleman.
  4. Use the "Get Saved Loadout" action.
  5. Notice you get your AT loadout back while still Rifleman.

Expected behavior YOU MEASLY RIFLEMEN CANT CARRY A GRENADIERS WEAPON, LET ALONE FIRE IT!

Fixed in V1.3.3 of the Roles System.
