Lastest comments module doesn't display the date #190

The lastest comments module does not display the date when the 'Comment Date' option is active in the Display Options setting, and the comment doesn't have a title.

With this commit is solved.

Only need to know if the 'if previous ' value was 0, and It should enter the IF statement if the comment title is not displayed and if the option to show the date is enabled.

And when is applied, the module displays the date:
