[TASK] Include `typo3/cms-reactions` as dependency #154

With including https://github.com/extcode/cart_products/blob/5.x-dev/Classes/Reaction/UpdateStockReaction.php it's necessary to add typo3/cms-reactions as dependency in composer.json.
