Adding a comprehensive reference #14

The docs as they stand are a nice introduction to Extempore. However it would also be very useful to have a comprehensive reference documenting (or even just listing would be a good start) the functions in the standard library.

Oh - I was just looking at the _docs directory and I just discovered that you are in fact working on a API documentation. However, it isn't yet completed or uploaded onto the main website, so I'm keeping this issue open for now.
