Can not use jest-chrome with jest v28, v29.

A release of current master.

Describe alternatives you've considered

~Create a PR reintroducing the peerDependencies field with current versions~
~Fork the package~
~Stop using the package~
Change package manager configuration to ignore peerDependencies

I released new version with v3 promise support as: @mobile-next/jest-chrome
