How to test it best:
Make sure Woocoommerce is active
Import Woocoommerce demo data using the WooCommerce products (CSV)
importer tool. The demo data file can be downloaded from here. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/trunk/plugins/woocommerce/sample-data/sample_products.csv
The button and input fields style should be inherited from the active style variation
All Woocommce elements, such as products, single products, Woocommerce tabs, form, alert box, etc, should look nice and look like part of the current style variation
Text should be accessible
Place the order and do checkout
Overall, all Woocommerce pages should look good and should pass the minimum quality threshold
Test those above mention things with all style variations
Pages to test:

And here are the buttons from the home page:
Here's another example from the cart page:
Fixed color accessibility.
LGTM,
@clubkert Please let me know if there is anything else.
The only thing I noticed is the light helper text is sometimes hard to read. This was an issue with the Brisbane, Cairo, and Piraeus style variations.
These now look good to me. Thanks!
This PR Improves Woocoommerce style.
