Migrating this content from extendr/user-guide.

This looks very good! Thank you so much! Next we need to update the CHANGELOG.

I'm also tempted to say that the Get Started page should be in the index and we can remove some of the current index page. It's not so consumable. We can consider including the user guide here as well later.
