Steps count in dashboard displays 0 even though there are logged steps #92

This is the C# version of the issue that was fixed for Java earlier this year. We're using the latest build which I believe is 4.0.3

@anshooarora We are using C# ver 4.1.0 and not able to see the Steps count displayed like in your sample.
