Add support for the upcoming Safari 14 with Web Extensions API #144

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Apple announced that Safari is adopting a web-based API for browser extensions similar to Firefox's WebExtensions API. However, there're some differences described in Safari documentation.

Describe the solution you'd like Let's update Exteranto from supporting the legacy Safari to the upcoming one.

To avoid repeating the same steps as in Update Browsers Support (Microsoft Edge Chromium), let's consider the update described in #143
