dataFromWithOptions support for GCP #897

I'm wondering if there might be support for using dataFromWithOptions for GCP in the near future? This would be useful if it were available, so users of that platform could also pull pinned versions of a GSM secret (without having to worry about specifying secret properties). As of now I'm seeing that it's only available for alicloudSecretsManager secretsManager backends: https://github.com/external-secrets/kubernetes-external-secrets/blob/master/charts/kubernetes-external-secrets/crds/kubernetes-client.io_externalsecrets_crd.yaml
