Need some clarity on mobile number and skills and eligible columns

For me, it's reading all valid phone numbers and displaying 10 digits. also Not displaying 9 digit phone number, which is a invalid phone num.. IT IS A TEXT FILE

Acceptance of Feature 2 of RSA - - ### ACCEPTED

The development Team completed the Requirements - To Done State. (What can be achieved and Delivered) The Sprint Goal was met upto the mark. But, not fully met, as the Team consisted of limited Team, TIME and Expertise.
