Deck Tracker never recognizes TESL as fully initilized #193

Using UDT 1.0.74 (issue persists on .75) and TESL v71 (Morrowind Expansion).

Essentially I am having the same issue that this guy was having: I run udt.exe as admin, then launch TESL. When I then go to check the Deck Tracker there is a message that reads "Running Game Detected" and it switches from a blue text to a red text. Nothing happens after that though, and the export library button is still greyed out at the bottom corner with the pop-up message 'You cannot do this until the game is fully running and initialized' (or something to that effect.)

I cant follow the solution posted for him (to install the Access 2016 runtimes) because I have a copy of Office Ultimate 2007 (which is significantly 32-bit, the reason I cannot install the 2016 runtimes) installed on my machine. Would that be the reason for my encounter?

There are no error logs in appdata/roaming/udt/, and essentially all I want to do is export my library to legends-decks.com.

Thoughts?

Solved, I'm an idiot and didn't realize there was an x86 runtime I could install literally right under the download link for the x64. Sorry to waste your time.
