Support Spectator Mode #94

The purpose is to show in-game deck list view (overlay) of spected player.

NOTE: You can't start spectating player from the beginning of match.

Currently, we can see only draw cards updating empty deck list.

@VitaliyKulikov I assume you mean spectated player because spectating player doesn't have any decks because (s)he isn't playing. It's a bug and I'd be glad to fix it but first I'll need to add someone as a friend in the game and spectate them.

I have 90% confidence that it won't be possible because of no available full deck info for spectated games, but I want to try it anyways.

sure, bro )) yep, agree that Tracker catch deck at the start. so, need find the way to archive list during game.
