fix: include libc and shared lib install steps #11

This was in the examples build, and seems to fix the error I was seeing when trying to run through the README as-is.

@usdogu -- hey! I'm not sure if there's a simpler way to integrate the SDK than this. Do you know?

(going to merge this for now, as it seems necessary -- but will look for any streamlined options)
