• [x] Adds ability for Bazaar to send composer.lock to flagrow.io only if configured sync frequency is not met.
• [x] Ability for flagrow.io to request composer.lock safely based on the configured sync frequency
• [x] Adds Dashboard modal when connected allowing admin to set sync frequency
• [x] Adds cronjobs for flagrow.io to retrieve lock files based on Bazaar configuration.
• [x] Adds ability for flagrow.io to parse composer.lock and connect configured package (version).

We've decided on the following process:

• [x] User can enable sync, drop the interval
• [x] Whenever sync is enabled and user modifies lock via bazaar we will send an API request to flagrow.io with the specific changes, not the whole lock
• [x] In addition we will sync the lock daily, this logic already exists, we just have to rename the logic on flagrow.io side to drop interval
• [ ] if syncing the lock daily fails we will send out a mail to the user

• [ ] whenever a new version of a package is released we will send a mail to all users with a bazaar that has that extension
