Tooltip issues on charts using Triton theme #18

Found: 4.2.1 Ext.NET forum thread: Stacked bar chart tooltip The tooltips in all charts examples have foreground color too dim, hard to read.

This is happening due to an override of the background color for tooltips in all examples through the StyleSpec property of the tooltips.
