Ext.Net.TreeList examples do not show icons in most themes #24

The icons from the samples comes from the font awesome 4.7.0 included with Ext JS 6.6.0 and are only available to the Graphite and Triton themes.

Affected examples:

A fix has been applied by updating the Awesome font already present in the project to v4.7.0 and allowing the pages to reference the standalone installation of the font if the themes are any not Graphite or Triton.
