I was wondering if we shouldn't start to use the Wiki system in order to build nice pages for each apps. We could keep the issues as a way to contribute, but it would enable the Pull Request too for those who want directly add or update a pages. The Read Me could still be the frontpage, with links to each App's Wiki page.
The only reason I haven't pushed further into GitHub Wikis is that GitHub has made it clear that they're basically ignoring the feature. I asked in an issue about their future and received no response.
Regarding a pretty GitHub Pages publication, though, I'm setting myself a task for the end of this month (when I'll have a bit more free time) to come back to this issue.

What do you think ?
There's also that nice Github Page feature which can be use with something like Doctify, but I think there is some limitations (like it is enable for the whole account and not for each repository).
