Removed unused plugs. The application works fine without them and adding them doesn't stop the confinement warnings because they are not auto-connected.
Added a larger icon; the original was slightly blurry in the spread view.
Used SNAPCRAFT_PROJECT_VERSION in the download URL, so we only need to update the version in one place when a new version comes out.
