Firefox Extension does not work as expected by manual pages #67

After installing the Firefox extension, it is impossible to run it. Despite all requirements being met (Zotero running), it keeps in a dead loop and never gets the Zotero icon available. It is super unclear what is going on and frustrating because of its uncertain behavior and dead results. I would expect a user-friendly and simple process. Also, Zotero is not a browsable extension that is directly from Firefox extensions. Wonder why. As a toll helping science, this is a disappointment.

@BryanPaddler Thanks for testing it out, can you be more specific about your setup, preferably containing the operating system you used, the firefox version you installed(also how you installed it)

For me, I used ubuntu-24.04 with firefox installed from snap, and the official extension works just fine. About zotero not being a browsable extension, you have to ask it in the zotero forum, I'm just helping the community for packaging the snap, that's all, I'm not a core dev so I'm not able to help you on that.
