Create ModalGallery to bypass safari nav bar growing to normal size when navigating to the horizontal gallery page
Restructure css a bit to remove horizontal scrollbar on main page
Add ~dirty~ scrollbar to modal
Allow vertical scrolling to translate to horizontal scrolling within the HorizontalGallery
