ex_cscope refuse to start when project have space in name #100

ex_cscope start with error that can not open scope.out file if project have space in name. E.g

project with name "trunk" all works project with name "trunk - lpm" not working.

Vim window stay blank until u press enter then error is shown.

Mac Os X 10.10.5
