Update README.md to use more natural English, and conform to proper English grammar. Disambiguate (clarify or clear up) some confusing wording in the text

Many thanks for the correction of README file. As you can see, we really wish people good at English can help us in documentation and community.

The exvim document is stored in this repository: https://github.com/exvim/exvim.github.io. It would help me a lot, if some one can correct the mistake in natural English. I'm really happy that people from the community can working together on this project!
