[AOSP] Resolve 512GB N9 bootloop issue #3

Without this change (disabling CONFIG_UH) the 512GB variant of the Note 9 Exynos does NOT boot this kernel at all. Strangely the 128GB model does not suffer from this issue.

This change also fixes #2
