defconfig: disable CONFIG_UH & CONFIG_UH_DEBUG + fix issue with realtek ethernet drivers #6

Previous tests on Oreo found that having CONFIG_UH enabled prevented 512GB Note 9 devices from booting. This issue still appears to be present in Pie according to tests by @cawilliamson and I. Fix this by unsetting CONFIG_UH & CONFIG_UH_DEBUG.
