Problem noticed on liquid death build 20170201 and 20170203 for the T800, last stable is the 20170127.
Gpu frequency is throttling under load despite thermal settings or min/max
In 3Dmark test the gpu frequency oscillates between 100mhz and 233mhz with fast bursts to 667mhz
the final score dropped from 18k to under 13k on ice storm unlimited. using the same deathy auditor settings.
Temperatures stays under 85c with thermal settings to throttle gpu over 100c only.
Setting min freq to 667 or 600 seen to not stop this behavior either.
