Failing to place cycle-message-direction command in message context menu #104

It seems that the mailContext popup/context menu has also gone away with the 3-pane window restructuring in TB 115. We need to re-figure out how to add items to the context menu and move our command there.

Resolved - since the messagePane issue was resolved in another commit.
