No need to pass gDBView to the review dialog #156

We currently pass the 3-pane window's gDBView variable to the dupe review dialog; but - it turns out we haven't been using it for a long while already. So, let's not pass it.

... and it seems this also helps with TB 115 compatibility, since the gDBView is going away.
