With the current Tax rates from the DTE 515. https://fiscalofficer.cuyahogacounty.us/pdf_fiscalofficer/en-US/BudgetCom/CompositeReductionFactorRptTY18.pdf I figured out that "sarpage" stands for tax district somehow.

Ashton I am assigning you this as we will need this for our interactive. I.e. "put in your value" and the amount you overpay will pop up.
