Franklin county Recorder's Office #2

I spoke to Nelson Devezin at the Recorder's office (614-525-2239) who is a sweetheart and I think really trying to help, but he said he couldn't download a copy of the recorder's database. Which, I mean who knows. I figure we can try scraping it first and then if that doesn't work I'll try to talk to his boss or something.

He did suggest though just searching for mortgages as the document type then putting in a high number for consideration. (That's the amount of the mortgage.)

So for example, if we put in $5 million:

Then the first one doesn't have a parcel number, but most do. Which is odd.

Looks like Franklin County recorder's office is scraping successfully! Assigning back to Lucia for acceptance of solution.
