The confirm password field was designed to make sure that the password length is at least 9 characters
But whenever the user enters a "Too Short" password, the user could then go about typing the same password in the "confirmPassword" field, which would then show an incorrect message "Passwords do not match"
It looked as if we're allowing the user to enter same "Too Short" passwords and then showing that they don't match
The fix:
Now, if the password is too short, the confirm password field gets disabled, allowing the user to enter a 9 character password and only then confirm it
