A Simple Page, only accessible by the college admin using which he can view and authorize: Sign Up Requests Claim Account Requests

Need to inject web sockets using SOCKET.IO to enable real time communication between the "Confirm Account" page and the server , for fetching data continuously.

The UI part is done. Backend will be done when the backend part of the project begins
