Fixes encountered on the way to understanding Android #55

This is not actually an Android branch, fixing Android will happen automatically if I can participate in the Fennec issue for contextual identities UI. That's referenced over on the Android issue, not copying it here. Besides that, this fixes #46, so it will at least stop conflicting with other containerizers, so if that's how modern FoxyProxy works, then it might also fix #47 but that needs more testing.

Definitely still breaks FoxyProxy, but that issue bears some discussion. This needs to be merged before this plugin becomes recommendable, so it'll be done before I fix FoxyProxy compatibility.
