Disable transition from I2P Browsing window to Localhost browsing windows #97

When using an I2P Browsing window, requests to the localhost should be dropped entirely without shifting to the localhost identity. Currently, they shift over to localhost browsing, which interrupts the user's browsing process. This does not cause a proxy escape.
