[BUG] Can not use steam overlay when game recording enabled #29

Bug Description When the theme is enabled steam overlay can not be used while using steam's game recording

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have the theme selected in Millennium Themes Section
  2. Have Game Recording enabled in Steams settings
  3. Launch a steam game
  4. Click Shift + Tab to open the steam overlay
  5. See error

Expected behavior Show the steam overlay features and the game recording as it does with the theme off

Additional context When launching steam overlay it can be seen for a second then is gone and covered with the grey screen as shown in the Theme Enabled screenshot

I think this is a bug with the feature itself and not the theme, I've seen this happen on vanilla steam. Sometimes it doesn't happen too. It's odd.

I can confirm I am also having this issue, both with the 2013 and 2015 themes. I have not had this issue on vanilla Steam at all so far.
